Wir haben den Haustausch sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig. Um die Ecke konnten wir öffentliche Fahrräder mieten und an den Strand, ins Stadtzentrum, um den Stanleypark oder dem wunderschönen False Creek entlang fahren. Der Garten mit seinen vielen blühenden Pflanzen lädt zum verweilen ein. Viel Freude hat uns die Katze Pinot bereitet. Obwohl wir ohne Auto auskommen wollten, haben wir uns kurzfristig entschlossen, mit dem Auto in die Rocky Mountains zu fahren. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen und erlebnisreichen Aufenthalt.
At Home in Vancouver
Francine and Rejean's home in Vancouver is in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance of stores, shops and bus stops. Their home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a gas fireplace to sit in front of on any cold and rainy days or nights. Pinot, their cat, was quite personable and easy to take care of. Francine was quick to reply to any questions we had before and during our stay. We would gladly exchange with them again.
Our short stay here was quiet and relaxing, and the location was ideal.
We thoroughly enjoyed our home exchange in Francine and Rejean's beautiful home, conveniently located in a super popular walkable neighborhood. They generously guided us through the entire process, communicated often to make sure we were comfortable and gave great advice on attractions, shopping, dining. Wonderful experience!
A beautiful home in a lovely neighbourhood.
Very comfortable and convenient. Walking distance to all amenities - groceries, shops, restaurants and pubs - and a short ride to downtown. As our focus was visiting family, we did not go too far afield. However, we know from previous visits to Vancouver that the location is ideal for visiting attractions, both inside and outside Vancouver. Thank you, Francine and Rejean!
