Felt at home in the house with thatched roof
We felt at home in the beautiful house with thatched roof of Martina, Jurgen and their daughters. The typical architectural style features of Bergen are reflected in their house. The art in the house shows their interest in art and implies an environment where artists live. It was great to drive via a beautiful road to Bergen aan Zee, by bike or car. The coast is rather pristine, no high apartment buildings, as if yearrs have not gone by. Bergen is cosey with its boutiques. We did several bike tours in the dunes and also around Hoorn and Alkmaar. We visited museum Kranenburgh a few times. You can have a nice coffee in the large garden.

Como ya sabéis, nos lo hemos pasado muy bien en este intercambio. Vuestra casa es muy cómoda y espaciosa. Bergen es un lugar encantador para vivir. Es además un lugar ideal para disfrutar de Amsterdam y poder desde aquí descubrir otras ciudades de Holanda. Descubrimos a nuestra vuelta a España que nos habíais dejado nuestra casa muy limpia y ordenada. Un placer haber realizado este intercambio con vosotros
