  We had the great possibility to stay at Ana's apartment for two unforgettable weeks. The apartment is so beautiful and coquette, very functional and comfortable. We had everything needed for a perfect stay as if we were at home. We were warmly welcomed and with attention. Ana has explained every detail about the functionality of the apartment and about the surroundings in a ring map, both in English and Spanish. The apartment is in the center, about 5 min walking from the beach and in the neighborhood, you may find a lot of shops and restaurants. Amazing how clean and maintained is the city of Gijon. The last two weeks of August is the well-known Fiesta de la Sidra Natural en Gijón - folk dancing and songs, cider tasting and local products of apple. The city of Gijon has so many historical and cultural places to visit and typical restaurants with traditional meals - especially the fish food and the Asturian beans Fabada. Ana and her family took care of our place and left it unspotted. Thank you for this exchange!
