Great views over the sea from the garden.
Comfortable home and garden, with very good connections by bus and tram to almost anywhere in Nice. Local supermarket and small bar take care of all neccesities, and Nice itself has an endless number of museums and sites to visit. Adds up to a very enjoyable stay!
