Fine house. Perfect located for a trip to the South Island or the North Island. Besides that Wellington is a Nice City and even Upperhut has possibilities for having a good meal. Environment is good for biking, walking.

The home was spacious,very clean and tidy and was well positioned to explore the vineyards of Martinborough,the coast ,countryside and Wellington .
