A delightful place to stay in lovely Bruges!
Our home exchange with Wim and Gretel worked out beautifully and they were very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the large, sunny kitchen, the breezy yard, and the comfortable living room very much. It was great to sleep upstairs with wide open windows, comfortable bed, and peaceful nights. The medieval town of Bruges offered museums, churches, restaurants, boat rides, big plazas and markets, windmills, and charming canals. The bus system was outstanding and affordable! For those who ride bikes, the town is ideal as the town encourages that as much as possible. The weather was dreamy. This home exchange was even better than we expected!
Great home and location.
Wim was very easy to work with in setting up the exchange. His experience with previous exchanges help us prepare. The home and location are excellent. Twenty minutes walk to the center of Bruges. Everything we needed was at the home and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely time.
