Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We have a modern, three-bedroom, detached bungalow with two bathrooms, a large garden and an electric-car charger.
Three-quarters of a mile away is the Georgian town of Ampthill >http://www.ampthill.info/<, with good restaurants, traditional English pubs, a supermarket, butcher, post office, specialty shops, antique emporium, medical and dental services – all within easy walking distance. Our nearest train station (1.8 m) is 50 minutes from London St Pancras International. Oxford, Cambridge, Ely, Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon are within driving distance. The elegant cathedral city of St Albans is 29 minutes by train. The surrounding Bedfordshire landscape is tranquil and pretty, including historic parks, conservation woods and many footpaths for countryside walking.
In 2023, we are looking for exchanges for June, September, October and November.

Three quarters of a mile from the Georgian town of Ampthill, we have a variety of restaurants, five traditional English pubs, quality supermarket, butcher, post office, specialty shops, three-storey antique emporium, medical and dental services, all within easy walking distance.
