Our home is set up for children as we have 9 grandchildren who come to visit often. It is in Carlsbad, a relatively small quaint town located between San Diego and LA. We love to hike, bike, read and learn about other cultures and their history.

Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Carlsbad is located 30 miles north of San Diego on the coast. Beaches are beautiful. Surfing is a favorite pass time of many locals. But many other ocean activities are available (kayaking, deep sea fishing, stand up paddle boarding and sunbathing). Disneyland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, are within one hour. Legoland is located in Carlsbad. The mountains are between 1 and 2 hours away, many old western towns to explore.
Our home is 2 miles from the beach and downtown Carlsbad. Shopping is everywhere! We also are near a lagoon where you can rent a kayak or standup paddle boards.
We are retired and very flexible with times.
We would very much like to exchange vehicles if possible.

We are a short walk from a sandy beach Lagoon. We have kayaks available to use there. There are many great restaurants in historic Carlsbad, and some local attractions are Legoland CA, Museum of Making Music and the Gemological Institute of America. San Diego is home to attractions such as USS Midway Museum, San Diego Zoo, Seaworld CA and Balboa Park to name a few.
