On the warm Cape Cod South Shore..100 meters from an uncrowded resident beach.
This is a lovely classic Cape Cod summer family home with a large deck overlooking a spacious private rear yard. There is a large living room, 3 bedrooms ,a full kitchen and separate dining room. One bathroom and an enclosed outdoor shower for use after the beach.
Located in a residential location but with good restaurants nearby. It is 10 km. east of Hyannis, the Kennedy Museum, mall shopping etc. This central Mid-Cape location is ideal for extended cape area sightseeing.
Available for late spring or early fall exchanges, GENERALLY NOT JULY OR AUGUST. We have exchanged over the last 15 years with people from most European Countries as well as the Western and Southwestern U.S.

The middle Cape location is perfect for day trips the length of the Cape or to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
Besides its highly publicized attractions and hundreds of beaches, the Cape has excellent golf courses, a long scenic walking/bike trail (converted railroad bed) and wonderful historic little towns to explore.
