David and Ramona's home was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday and we appreciated the thoughtful touches. We had a wonderful time in Woodland and spent time exploring the local area as well as further afield. We enjoyed Davis and used the outdoor Manor Pool to cool us down in the hot weather. Sacramento was interesting, Lake Tahoe beautiful and we visited the Sonoma and Napa valleys and San Francisco. David and Ramona had helpfully left detailed information about all the areas we visited plus more and their suggestions and knowledge really helped us get the most out of our trip.

David and Ramona were great hosts. Not only was it very easy to communicate with them in advance, but they also helped us a lot on site and introduced us to their city. Many thanks for that! The Hasu is furnished with a lot of love and has a lot of comfort. We have enjoyed the month very much, an unforgettable time. Thank you for everything.

A wonderful location & seamless exchange! Ramona & David were kind and gracious home exchange partners. Their newly built home is in a lovely neighborhood, we enjoyed the open living spaces, everything was so light & spacious. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped for a home or professional chef. This was our first home exchange, and we were excited to get an acceptance from David & Ramona for their home in Woodland California, USA. They shared insights with us on how to complete the exchange agreement, prepare our home, and kept an open communication with us in the pre-planning weeks, during our visit, and after our safe return home. We loved our visit in California!

Comfortable house in the suburbs of Woodland. We enjoyed having a coffee every morning at Temple, in Davis, the university town (20 minutes drive), buying books at The Avid Reader... Actually we spent most of our time in Davis! By train, it's very easy to go to Sacramento and San Francisco. David and Ramona made our exchange very comfortable providing toys and baby's stuff for our 2 years old kid, Leon. Thanks a lot one more time!

Ramona and Dave kindly offered to swap with us and we are so glad. They worked with us throughout the preparation with helpful tips and suggestions. The trip to LA and the transfer to Santa Barbara was perfect. Their house was tidy, clean with all facilities but most importantly had a homely relaxed feeling. The beach and local shops are close by. We loved the Mexican food. Our kids still rave about the boogie boarding. Lovely Santa Barbara city is a short drive away. We had some wonderful evenings watching open air films in the sunken gardens of the courthouse. Ramona and Dave suggested several trips and the one we decided on was to drive up the coast to San Fransisco. This was a fantastic experience. They even arranged a parking place in San Fransisco for us. We had a wonderful family holiday that we will never forget. Thanks for making all that possible. Ramona and Dave also looked after our house very well and left everything clean and tidy.
