Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange

No Children, please.
We would like to travel to Europe, particularly Italy, France or Spain during September, 2016. We would also like to exchange for long weekends or a week on other Hawaii islands.
Our 2 bedroom (1 king & 2 twin beds) condo(apt.) in Waikoloa Village on the Big Island of Hawaii is 3 yrs. old. At an elevation of 1,000 ft, we are 30 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from famous resort areas and beaches.
The condo overlooks the community golf course and has spectacular ocean and sunset views. This is a second floor unit with no elevator. There is also a loft bedroom/study.
A car is available for travel to sites on the island including Volcano National Park, Mauna Kea observatories and many cultural sites.
We would like an exchange in May or Sept and can do Non-simultaneous, since we have a second home on the New Jersey seashore. We are also open to other suggestions, and would consider "inter-island" Hawaii exchanges at any time

Waikoloa Village is a small community with a golf course, tennis courts, large swimming pool shopping center and restaurants. It is a short drive to several beaches. Our condominium is in a gated community. We are on the second floor with a walk up. Our complex has a small swimming pool, a hot tub and exercise room. We have a golf course and ocean view as well as a mountain view.
