Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Studio apartment with full kitchen and small backyard and access to common area, BBQ, and laundry facilities. We allow smoking outdoors, and have all the beach chairs, bikes, and some surfboards available for use.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

This studio unit in located on rental property and is a converted garage with all the amenities of home, fully furnished with it's own backyard and access to common area. Walk to downtown and the beach in 10 minutes. You are in close proximity to Los Angeles, and San Diego each about an hour commute, Disneyland about 40 minutes, Hollywood about 90 minutes. You can enjoy the desert and the mountains for a day trip.

From our studio you can take a walk into town and enjoy the atmosphere of a small seaside town. The beach is also about a 5 minute walk down the street, and San Clemente hosts a beach side walking trail 2.3 miles in length with access to the pier and park.
