Looking for exchanges in France in July and England in August, 2020
We have a two story townhouse situated on a waterway leading to Tampa Bay. This bright and cheery home has 1,500 square feet, 2 generous-sized bedrooms- each with its own bathroom and the main one includes a large Jacuzzi bathtub. Spacious living/dining area in great room with cathedral/vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace. Fully equipped custom kitchen with convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, cooking range and plate warmer. Large patio area and screened porch with serene water view.
Other amenities include: full air conditioning, high speed internet, cable television, automatic washer-dryer and Kia Optima. Large pool and sauna are part of the shared site amenities.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
St. Petersburg is a Florida jewel with Tampa Bay on the East side and the Gulf of Mexico on the West. The city is a moderate-size boasting a beautiful waterfront for biking and walking with a fantastic Saturday Market. The new Dali museum was completed in 2011 and the Chihuly museum with some of this artist's magnificent glass designs is not to be missed. The Fine Arts Center is in the next block near to a wonderful Renaissance hotel, The Vinoy, from whose porch one can watch the sailboats racing. St. Petersburg also boasts many fine restaurants.
The beaches along the Gulf of Mexico stretch for miles and are wonderful for walking and swimming with many restaurants along the waterfront.
There are 18 hole and 9 hole golf courses 5 minutes from the house and we will leave two sets of clubs to be used.
Driving distances: Downtown St Petersburg: 15 mins; Gulf Coast beaches 25mins; Tampa International Airport: 30 mins; Orlando Disneyland: 2 hours on fast highway.
