Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Lovely, very large Hollywood home with 30 foot ceilings, four tiers of decks for outdoor entertaining, located just below the famous Hollywood Sign and the best hiking trails by Griffith Park. We are just minutes to the film studios, downtown Hollywood and a short metro ride to downtown LA or soon to Santa Monica and Venice Beaches. Enjoy the mountain views but be just minutes from downtown Hollywood shops, theater and restaurants. Car available for use. I'm an experienced exchanger looking for interesting trades, especially around holidays.
