Superb, large 3 story town house in condo community in historic, seaside New England village, 30 mins to Boston, 25 mins to Cape Cod. Unique place in the world with all of New England to explore. We prefer Sept-Nov dates but will consider other offers.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our townhouse is an end unit in a small condo community with a private swimming pool, tennis courts and shuffleboard. We look out on private woodlands which include walking/running trails. Just beyond this are private cranberry bogs with additional walking trails. Duxbury is strictly a residential community with no tourism and many historic sites. Duxbury Beach is private, for residents only. We have a sticker on our car for your use.
