Hidden behind a wall of blooming texana and wooden gates, ours is an updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with an eye toward preserving its historic integrity. Spacious private garden with an outdoor dining area and large deck (with gas and charcoal barbecues) surround the house.

Just down the street (ample street parking available) you'll find favorite local restaurants like Superba Food & Bread and Centanni's. Continue on five blocks through Venice's historic walkstreets to famed Abbot Kinney. The beach is five minutes away on our bikes.
