Our spacious home in the lovely town of Takoma Park MD, has three bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, den, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, office, screened front porch, and backyard deck, patio and garden. The kitchen and main bathrooms are all updated. Our home is ideally located for visits to all the sights in Washington, DC. We are one block from the Washington DC border and subway station and a short fifteen minute subway ride or 25 minute drive to the heart of DC.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From our house, it is a very short, three block walk to Takoma town center, where you will find great restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. There is also a wonderful farmers' market every Sunday. We are also a short walk to two public libraries. For bicycle enthusiasts, you can easily bike from our home to the bike trails of Rock Creek Park and Sligo Creek Park. For swimming and fitness enthusiasts, you will have free passes to our local YMCA, which has outdoor and indoor pools and a comprehensive fitness center, or can take a short walk to our neighborhood yoga studio.
