Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Large 4 bedroom home (one bedroom is owner's office) open for family style vacation. Private neighborhood, 4500 sq with in ground pool. Beach side town with extensive waterways off the St. Lucie river. One mile from major stores like Walmart, Publix, Bealls, movie theater and 50+ restaurants. Quaint downtown with Lyric theater. Home has aging cat to be fed and watered. Off site manager to help if we are away during your stay. Parking for 5+ vehicles. Master is on first floor with walk in shower, second floor boast large room with high end king bed, and kids room a full bed, with twin bunk. Closet space offered in all rooms. Pool table, ping pong, hot tub, use of surf boards, possible jet ski rental available.

It's all about family, relaxing and rejuvenation. We desire respectful guests who will abstain from drug use, pornography, and excessive drinking on site. We welcome mixed families, grieving families, girls weekend rentals, just the average polite clean honest guest. Our house is used for weekly gatherings and counseling appointments and those areas need to be kept adequately clean. We expect you to clean up after yourself and return the home in the condition it was left to you. We use organic cleaning products and will leave vinegar based cleaning bottles and cloths.
