Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Beach-side Private Second Home. If Orlando (Disney theme parks), Perfect home base for Port Cape Canaveral (cruises)if you are taking a Disney cruise or any other cruise from Cocoa Beach, sandy white beaches and fishing are your callings then let's talk.


My wife and I offer our simple well-kept smoke free second home (very flexible availability and durations), which has three bedrooms (fourth bedroom converted to a TV room with sofa and recliner), two bathrooms, two-car garage, a front covered porch patio and a master bedroom covered patio. Additionally, our child friendly home has entertainment room (HD TV) with French doors that open to a pergola-covered patio with a Weber gas BBQ grill. Will consider pets, beach bicycles and car options with agreements. Fully furnished turnkey home from a fully furnished kitchen with gas stove and oven, bed linens, and towels to the washer and dryer.

Our beach-side neighborhood is family based & offers plenty of activities to fill weeks of vacationing, as we are located just minutes from Orlando's famed attractions. Centrally located in the heart of "Surf Country", let the sounds of the ocean put you to sleep, just two blochks to the Banana River and two blocks to the white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean!

Bring your RV and or boat for some of the best back-country fishing (reds, trout, snook and tarpon) and or deep-sea fishing in the world. Just 45 minutes to Disney, Universal, Wet-N-Wild and 20 minutes to the Cape (cruise ship departure point); a great place to start or end a vacation cruise! If golf is a priority, we are just minutes away from some of the best world class PGA courses in the world. Did I say anything about surfing? Well it is home to some world class surfing champions.

Our house is 45 minutes from Disney Parks, sea world Universal and all the bustle of Orlando, 20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and a few miles from Port Canaveral for those of you who are incorporate a cruise into your itinerary. We have a Brevard Zoo, and several outlet malls and outdoor malls all within 15 minutes from our home. If you are military Patrick AFB is 10 minutes away. Our area has many places to Kayak and we do have a Tandem Kayak sit on with paddles etc for your use while in our home.
