Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Beautiful home between the canyons. Our home is at the base of Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyons. Home to some of the best skiing in the world! We are under 30 to minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton ski resorts. Park City is only 35 minutes! Gorgeous views of the mountains, close to shopping and groceries. Pool available in the summer. World class hiking in the summer and fall.

Our house is a winter wonderland. Close to world class skiing, snowboarding and cross country skiing. Our neighborhood park has a fantastic sledding hill. Large backyard provides plenty of space to build snowmen, have snowball fights and building snow forts. You’ll find all the shopping you need within 10-15 min drive. Target, Trader Joe’s, Fashion Place Mall. Outlets are 25 min.
