PREFER URBAN LOCATIONS FOR EXCHANGE--
Interested in Manhatten almost anytime!
Secluded Victorian Cottage in Cow Hollow district. Just steps away from wonderful restaurants, shopping, public transport. (Two blocks from Union and Chestnut Streets.) Walk to the Palace of Fine Arts, Marina,Fisherman's Wharf, and Presidio. Cable cars, North beach, Chinatown, Embarcadero are very close. Explore this wonderful city then relax in your small but complete "home away from home".
The cottage has a king size bed, double futon in other bedroom upstairs with small powder room. (Basically 1 and 1/2 bathrooms.) Downstairs is full bathroom, small kitchen with wash/dryer, 40" H.D.tv. and a love seat that folds out to single bed. WIFI available.
