California living in the most beautiful and active city in the state (in my humble opinion). The house is central to everything. Less than 10 minutes to Old Town and Sea World. 10 minutes to La Jolle Shores, Pacific Beach. 15 min to airport, downtown, Little Italy, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park. 30 min to Legoland, and 45 minutes to San Diego Safari. If you surf, house has 3 diff size surfboards you can use depending on your experience. I might be able to hook you up with wetsuits and boogie boards.

You'll love the house! It has 4 bedrooms (4th room is used as an office but has a futon), 2 bath, swimming pool, vegetable garden, great kitchen with high-end appliances (e.g., Viking Professional range). Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Great, quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood. You'll see people walking around with their dogs and kids riding their bikes or skateboarding outside. It's just a great location to explore this beautiful Southern California city and beyond.
