Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Modern 1,700 sq ft (158 sq meters) open corner loft in upscale building with large Master Bedroom, 24-hour concierge and fully equipped gym. Centrally located in downtown San Diego next to Petco Park baseball stadium in East Village.
The balcony offering views of the city (and a side view into Petco Park) and has a patio set comfortable enough to seat 5 people, fountain and a gas BBQ.
Luxury loft has 50 inch HD smart flat screen TV, High Speed Wifi (150+ mbps), king size blow up mattress for guest, full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, all modern appliances and double paned windows. Unit includes cleaner that comes in weekly.
We have a silver 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser or white Fiat 500 convertible for possible exchange. We also have 2 Beach Cruiser bicycles and beach gear.
