Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Our home has 2 children bedrooms with a shared bath, a master bedroom and bath, an office, three common areas, and a guest half bath. We also have a guest house (casita) in the backyard with a full bath. Our home has satellite TV with TVs in the TV common room, master bedroom, and casita. We also have Wi-Fi. Our kitchen has modern appliances.
Our backyard is two levels. The first level is off the main common area and is a porch with dining table and separate sitting area/firepit, BBQ, and fountain. The second level is grass with the casita and garage to the side.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

Our home is located in Pacific Beach, a vibrant beach community within San Diego. Pacific Beach is full of fabulous restaurants and shopping. All a walk or bike ride from our home. A great family friendly beach with a wonderful year round surfing zone on one side and a swimming zone on the other side is located walking distance at the end of our street. Our home exchange family from Italy emailed us after staying in our home during the summer and said, “We have left a piece of our hearts in Pacific Beach”. We have family and wonderful friends close by that can assist you while you are staying at our home.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home

We are 15 minutes to the international airport, downtown San Diego, Balboa Park and its many museums, and the San Diego Zoo. Sea World is just down the street from our home. La Jolla is the beach community to the North. I can email you a list of family friendly attractions to see while visiting here. We are also very close to Legoland, Safari Park, Disneyland, and LA.
