Our great family home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a forth bedroom downstairs used as an office/playroom. Built in 1995, we have recently updated the large kitchen and master bathroom. Most recently we have added wood flooring to most of the downstairs and updated that bathroom. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, with a “Jack and Jill” bathroom. Downstairs, the open kitchen has an eating area and both overlook our family room with a large TV. There is also a living room, dining room and a full bathroom. We have a large fenced backyard with a spacious deck, charcoal barbecue and hot tub.

Petaluma is just 35 miles north of San Francisco. It is the gateway to the world-renowned Sonoma and nearby Napa county wine country. Dozens of wineries are within easy reach. To the south is Marin County with its beautiful rugged coastline and beaches, the redwood forest at Muir Woods, the quaint communities of Sausalito, Tiburon and Mill Valley, as well as the entrance to the Golden Gate Bridge. We have the best of both worlds…access to the fabulous city of San Francisco, East Bay cities and the beautiful wine country of Northern California.
