2 bedroom, 2 bath airy hillside ranch home with office, dining and playroom in Pasadena, on the border of Eagle Rock and Highland Park neighborhoods of North East Los Angeles. House has an indoor/outdoor feel with kitchen and playroom doors that open onto deck and bedroom doors that open onto patio/pergola with seating area and outdoor fireplace. All beds have organic mattresses and organic linens. We try to have a chemical free environment as much as possible. The large grassy backyard is very private and surrounded by trees and has an additional lower yard with a shaded bench and fruit trees. The backyard includes a tree platform. Office can function as a 3rd bedroom if needed (we have an additional daybed that can replace desk). Playroom is filled with wooden toys for children. There is an additional office/studio in our garage as well as laundry (washer and dryer). Home has central air and a reverse osmosis water filter and whole house filter. Home would be great for a small family to explore the LA area and beyond.
