Our two story condo is in the town center of Carillon Beach Resort. This gated village resort includes the use of 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, several parks, and 8 private beach walkovers. Our free private beach club includes a seaside pool, covered patios and bathrooms. Our condo is located in the small commercial area which also includes two restaurants, a gift shop and a gym. There are no units above us and the business space below us is un-rented, so there is peace and quiet and no one to bother. It is a short and scenic 500 yard walk to the beach from our condo. Includes 1 king bed (with full ensuite bath), 1 queen bed (with full ensuite bath), 1 bunk bed (XL suitable teens) (with 1/2 bath in living area).
