We are a retired senior citizen couple who have a beautiful apartment in Chelsea, Manhattan, one bedroom, one den, sleeps four, with a huge 50 x 15 foot terrace on a high floor. Beautiful views of Manhattan. We are interested in traveling to San Francisco, San Diego or other places, contact us if you are interested. We do travel with a tiny toy poodle. We hope to find other retired people who are adventurous. We are located two blocks from the new High Line and you do not need a car.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Beautiful apartment, one bedroom and den, with 50 foot terrace on the 19th floor. Chelsea is a wonderful neighborhood, with everything you need walking distance. We are two blocks from the high line park. There is a laundry room in the building. We travel with a small toy poodle. We welcome children but please know that we are on the 20th floor with a 50 foot terrace.
