Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Interested in a last minute Holidays 2022 exchange as well as summer exchanges and holiday exchanges. Also interested in a credit for exchanges (simultaneous and non-simultaneous). We travel frequently to Europe and Asia, so work/vacation combinations are also possible.

Our loft is a 4,500 square foot (420 square meter) duplex in the heart of the Chelsea/Flatiron District. The two story living room is the centerpiece of a showplace apartment with an extensive library and art collection. We have 3 bathrooms, and 5 bedrooms that sleep 11.
