Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Enjoy paradise in our beautiful first floor, corner unit. Two bedrooms, large lanai with summer kitchen and Jennair Grill overlooking lake and illuminated water displays. Granite countertops, tiled floors, new appliances. A/C, 60 inch flat screen TV. Enjoy the 600' lazy river resort pool or lap pool, tennis and bocce courts. Falling Waters Beach Resort is convenient to both Marco Island and Naples Beaches. Close to shopping, biking trails, restaurants, Everglades and nature centers. We are specifically looking for a place in lower Manhattan preferably between Sept. 7-11. Our Naples home is a vacation home so you could use it any time until Nov. 24, 2017.

Falling Waters Beach Resort is about 15 minutes to Marco Island to the South and Downtown Naples to the west. It is located at the intersection of Tamiami Trail and Collier Blvd. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and your view is a lake with water elements. There are three shopping plazas within a two minute drive. Naples has everything ...beautiful beaches with extraordinary Sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, great shopping, excellent restaurants, lots of golf courses and theaters/ museums. If you enjoy nature, you are very close to the Everglades, airboat rides, nature trails and the Naples Zoo.
