Entire home, all new, very private within walking distance to everything you need in quaint Marine City, Michigan! Marine City is located on the beautiful blue waters of the St. Clair River, an international waterway. Canada is right across the river. See freighters, cruise ships, and all types of boats. Five waterfront parks and a beach are just a few blocks away. The downtown area has many cool restaurants, shops, live performance theatres, museums, etc. to explore. Grocery, laundry, library, and liquor stores are also blocks away. Explore several local towns located along the river, each has its own unique features with plenty of things to see and do. So much to explore within an hours car ride, even travel into Canada and visit their many cool towns along the water. Detroit has a wonderful Art Institute, the Eastern Market, night clubs and restaurants too. Stay busy exploring southeastern Michigan or have a quiet holiday in our area - the choices are endless!

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

Marine City is a historical shipping town located directly on the St. Clair River which connects two of the Great Lakes in Michigan - Lake Erie and Lake Huron. Directly across the river is Canada. Marine City has beautiful Victorian homes many of which were owned by ship Captains years ago. There is a downtown area and many side streets. You can walk to everything, restaurants, unique shops, butcher shop, coffee shop, library, bakery and many waterfront parks. A city beach is just a few blocks away so you can enjoy the cool, fresh waters of the Great Lakes region.
