We have a large loving family of 8 children and 14 grandchildren. We are outgoing and love people and nature. We spend a great deal of time on the water here fishing out in the gulf, or off our dock. Also biking around Marco Island. We are Canadian and only able to spend 6 months in the US every year, so our home has a lot of availability.

Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Please note. Home has undergone renos. New kitchen going in October 2019, and the twin bedroom has been upgraded to a king bed. Private master suite with a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bed 3 has a gorgeous king bed. We also have a hotel quality cot . We have a large lanai with 6 loungers. An outdoor table for 6 guests. A covered seating are with a love seat and two comfortable matching chairs. Pool is a great size and we have plenty of toys for the kids. Also we have a portable highchair and some toys. We are on a no outlet road so it is very quiet here. We have a new dock where we catch fish daily! Super fun for the kids and adults alike. We have bikes too! We are a block away form a YMCA and kids play centre. You can bike to the beach from our home. Kitchen is full equipped and there is a bbq.

Our neighbourhood is a no outlet. So the only traffic are local families. It is very quiet. We are among beautiful well kept homes in a very quiet area on Marco Island

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
We are close to South Beach where you can find so many shells. Sand is white and feels powder. Many people rent a pontoon boat and visit the many little island nearby to explore. Fishing is huge here...there is so much to do. I will list our favorite restaurants /places very soon.
