Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Beautiful beaches are only 30 minutes away with snorkeling and surfing opportunities. At these beaches you might see a variety of marine wildlife including sea turtles, a Hawaiian monk seal, tropical fish, octopus, crabs and more. Also, there are areas to hike or bicycle near-by, as well as Haleakala National Park, which is up the mountain from us. There are cafes and restaurants less than 10 minutes from our home as well as a lavender farm, vegetable farms, and a winery.

You are welcome to use our clothes washer, but we prefer that you dry your clothes on the line provided rather than use the dryer because this saves a lot of electricity. We have one friendly, lazy cat who will need feeding, and several plants that will need daily watering, including some vegetable plants.
