Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Great "basecamp" for a Southern California vacation. Comfortable two story home in a quiet neighborhood in Irvine, California (Orange County). We have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Large master bedroom features private bath, with a crib available. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, while bedroom #3 has a queen bed. We have broadband WiFi.
Our home backs up to a greenbelt. Our home association has private tennis courts/pickleball courts and 2 swimming pools with hot tubs (One pool is only 30 meters from our back gate).
Disneyland or the beach is only 13 miles away.
We are a short walk from a large park with duck pond and kids' playground.
We are walking distance to 2 large shopping centers with grocery stores, restaurants, and banks. The Tustin Metrolink train station is 2 miles away, while the Irvine Amtrak train station is 6 miles away. John Wayne Airport (SNA) is 6 miles away.

Irvine is consistently rated one of the safest places in America, and it's known for great bike trails, and lots of cultural diversity -- which means great dining options!
