1600sf 3 bedroom /2 bath home in 24hr Gated Golf community of INDIAN SPRINGS. 20 miles east of PSP Airport and downtown PS. Several Casinos within 10 miles offer world class Entertainment. Over 100 golf courses in the Coachella Valley, fabulous restaurants, shopping, hiking, tennis, and Joshua Tree National Park.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Our golf course BIG ROCK @ INDIAN SPRINGS is public and a very popular spot - there are Live Bands most every night at the clubhouse and the best sunsets in town. PGA WEST & INDIAN WELLS RESORT are just a 10 minute drive, as is the fabulous shopping and art galleries on El Paseo drive. The weather and Santa Rosa Mountains are beautiful.
October - May is "in season" but locals enjoy sunrise summer golf at deep discounts when it's typically over 100 degrees by noon.
My home has a private HOT TUB and larger private backyard due to being on a corner lot. The huge community pool, fitness center and spa is directly across from my 2 car garage and driveway.
