I am a single professional that was born and grew up in Hawaii. I went to the East Coast for college, and have lived in a couple of different countries. I have three adult children. One is currently staying with me for a short period of time. I also have a tenant that is getting her Masters from Univ. of Hawaii. I have a pet (in and outdoor) cat named Patches. My home is large, and all the rooms downstairs are for all to enjoy and share.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Historic Dutch Colonial Home built in 1922. In beautiful Manoa valley, close to University of Hawaii. View of Diamond Head from bedroom/office windows. Owner's bedroom suite and private bath are being exchanged. Home has 1 other tenants that have lived in the home one to several years.
Exchangers and tenants have access to all common rooms (living room, den, sun room, laundry room, dining room and eat in kitchen, large back and front yards). Property is conveniently located close to beach, mountains, shopping, theater, etc.
I am not traveling currently, but would be interested sometime in the fall of 2019 in Sweden, possible Boston. I believe it will be sometime in October 2019. I prefer visiting the East Coast and would prefer experienced HomeLink members.
