Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our newly renovated lodging conversion boasts 1,000 square feet (92m2) of private living space - a standalone building on a residential country property with landscaped yard and additional acreage. The residence has a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as laundry facilities. There is a single private bedroom for 4 with 2 queen beds, and a loft accessed by stair that sleeps 3 with twin beds.
Our yard includes a play structure and large trampoline for children, and a garden with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries. There are also 3 apple trees and 1 yellow plum tree. Our acreage also provides a great hill for sledding in winter, and further space to wander and enjoy the beautiful area.
This unique home is on a 5 acre property next to another residence that we own. They are separate home listings.

We live in rural area near Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We have very little traffic on our road, and easy access to numerous lakes, rivers, and the national forest a few miles away.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
We are 1 hour from 3 ski resorts, and 2 hours from a fourth. We are also 10 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park. Most visitors enjoy the lakes, mountains, and rivers that surround us as well. The Hiawatha Bike Trail is another beautiful experience not far from here.
