Several public beaches located within 10 minutes drive.

Home has access to a private beach in our community that is walkable but would not recommend unless you are adventurous type since the steps to beach can be challenging especially for children since they were damaged at a previous storm. Good if you like to hike . Also best place for fossil finds!

There are however three public beaches nearby - not walkable- but less then 10 minutes drive - between 1 - 4 miles away.

North Beach

There is also a popular waterpark within 10 minutes (2.5 mile).

Many day trip opportunities to close by destinations available such as Washington DC, Baltimore Harbor, National Harbor, Calvert Cliffs, etc.

Popular wedding destination, Movies on Beach during summer/fall, Farmers Market on boardwalk, Live band performances on Beach. Do Yoga and Tai Chi classes on beach (seasonal) and lots more.

Lots of quaint boutiques and awesome eateries like Neptunes, Boardwalk Cafe, Mamma Lucia, Westlawn Inn, Rod n Reel, Thursdays, Plaza de Mexico, Abners Crab House, Trader Steak n Seafood.
