Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We are very interested in an exchange in Victoria, BC. In 2022 we sold our condo there and would like to return summer 2024 with our well behaved golden retriever, Milo.
If you like the ocean and a slower beach lifestyle, this exchange is for you!!!
Large ocean view home located in quiet beach town 1/2 way between Los Angeles & San Francisco. Public beach is just 1 1/2 short blocks down our street and offers miles of walking, fishing, surfing, sunning,etc. Cayucos (population 3,000) has been voted the best beach town in
California numerous times. San Luis Obispo (population 50,000) is located just 20 miles south of here while Monterey is 100 miles north and Santa Barbara is 100 miles south..

Cayucos has been voted best small beach town in California a number of times. The population is about 3,000 but has that small town feel.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
The biggest nearby attraction is Hearst Castle. It is a California State Park and is located about 25 miles north of Cayucos. Yosemite is about 3 1/2 hours east of us and if you would like to visit it you must make reservations early.
