Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
This is our winter home in Cape Coral near the Gulf of Mexico coast of southwest Florida.
The screened lanai with table, chairs and lounges has a beautiful, private pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Sliders and double doors open wide to allow for indoor/outdoor living and warm tropical breezes. Open concept living area features cathedral ceiling, two couches, two easy chairs, 65" tv and DVD player. Skylights flood the newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, tiled back splash and ample cupboards. Washer and dryer in utility area. Large master bedroom with queen size bed has travertine tiled en suite with tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with two twins beds, sleep four additional people.
Two bicycles and fishing gear are provided as well as a stereo with a large collection of vinyl. Car is negotiable and necessary since neighborhood is residential.

Our neighborhood is residential with single family homes full of quiet and friendly people. Walking, biking and dog walking are popular activities. Shopping, services and great restaurants and bars are a few minutes away by car. Our home makes a great base for exploring the many beaches and communities that line the Gulf. Enjoy a day of golfing at one of the many local courses, explore the Everglades or go on a fishing charter for a day of saltwater fishing. Disney World and the Florida Keys are a few hours away.

Pine Island, known for its fishing, boating and art galleries is nearby. Shopping malls are in Ft. Myers across the bridge and Sanibel Island and Naples are close by. Kayaking, bike paths, nature trails, beaches and golf courses abound. Cape Coral is a medium-sized city and provides every service necessary for an enjoyable stay.
