Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighborhood is extremely family orientated, friendly, clean and safe. You can walk to our local market and are walking distance to buses. There is an airport close by ( Hollywood Burbank Airport), so at times you will hear the airplanes. We have double glazed windows and doors that's very helpful. We are surrounded by lovely neighbors who would love to come and say Hi if you wanted. We are centrally located to all local attractions by car. Cars are pretty much a necessity in Los Angeles, unless you are very good at figuring out our local transportation. I have checked off all the options for "Leisure and cultural activities" because Los Angeles is known for all of this.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From our house it is a 10 minute walk to a large grocery store, restaurants, and some shopping. We are about a 20 minute walk to Magnolia Park, which has many stores and restaurants to explore. Disneyland and Magic Mountain are about 45 minutes away in no traffic. We are about 20 minutes drive to Universal Studios. The beautiful Southern California beaches are about an hour away!
