Extremely quiet, secluded space, mostly adult, lovely area for evening walks including forest trail or drive/bike to the waterfront park in 5 minutes. Everything within 15 minute drive. If you're a fisherman, you can use my 12 ft aluminum boat and gear. Launch 10 min from here and be fishing for our famous native cutthroat trout or smallmouth bass on Lake Sammamish. Flyfish for steelhead, salmon and trout all within a half hour. We have bikes and blowup kayaks as well as other recreational toys for your use - bocce ball, pickle ball and tennis nearby. We love outdoor activities and will set you all up. Marymoor park 10 min away has sports fields, RC planes field, amazing dog park, concerts in the summer. Start your bike ride from here and ride the Gilman trail from here to as far as Seattle if you want. Cougar mountain trail network is 10 min. away and will keep you hiking all week. Drive a little further up I90 and you are in protected wilderness. You name it, we have it here and that's why we live here. :-)
