Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Private 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with close to the historic village of Arroyo Grande and Pismo Beach. The home is filled with art from local artists and large windows looking out on a magical oak forest. The yard is beautiful and filled with flowers and with whimsical art, a huge patio, comfortable chairs and total quiet. We have two lazy cats that we would like to stay or we could reluctantly put them in a cat hotel. Non smokers only.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We live close to the historic village of Arroyo Grande. We are within 10 minutes of Pismo Beach, Oceano Dunes, Lopez Lake. We are a half hour or less from Shell Beach, Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo. 45 minutes to Paso Robles, a fantastic wine region. There are many golf courses close that have exceptionally reasonable rates. There are over 400 wineries within 45 minutes. Hiking is fabulous, water sports are abundant. The weather is year around in the 70's. There is at least one or more farmer's markets daily. Constant free music at the wineries or parks. San luis obispo has two colleges..cal poly university and Cuesta. The atmosphere is electric, young, fun. Many great restUrants. We are 90 minutes from Santa Barbara and 3 hours to San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
It is a short drive to many wonderful beaches. There are over 400 wineries within 45 minutes. Plenty of entertainment..music, plays, hiking, biking, etc. San Luis Obispo is 20 minutes away. One of the most vibrant, beautiful cities in the U.S. It has been on almost every publication's 10 ten list. It is featured in the book The Happiest Place On Earth.
Our Preferences
Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
No smoking in the house. We would prefer to have our house professionally cleaned ($100) but will accept a pledge to have it as clean as when you moved in. We will take care of the yard. We have an automatic sprinkler and a gardener. We would ask that you water the indoor plants now and then. No animals. We prefer to leave our two lazy cats but this is negotiable.
