We are Rebecca and Stephen, who work in charities and theatre, with two boys, aged 17 and 21. We have done many wonderful home exchanges, at home and abroad (not all through Homelink website). We don't drive, so good public transport is essential. One of us has a cat allergy.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Perfect for exploring London from a tranquil base, with excellent public transport links to central London - there are very frequent buses and tube stations nearby (Finsbury Park and Manor House, 15 minutes to the West End). Stoke Newington is a very historic neighbourhood, with former residents including the writer Daniel Defoe. Stroll across the park to Stoke Newington Church St, with its lively mix of cafes, restaurants and independent shops. A supermarket is at the end of our street, 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
