This family home is located in the leafy village of Woburn Sands in Buckinghamshire. Just 35 minutes from London and just five minutes from both the famous Woburn Abbey, Woburn safari park and the World-class Woburn golf club. Woburn Sands is a stunning village just 5 minutes walk away with numerous pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Numerous walks through Aspley woods, this is a picture-postcard English village. 10 minutes away from Milton Keynes city centre where you will find every conceivable facility or activity from real snow skiing to wakeboarding.

From our house, you can walk 2 minutes to a coffee shop and pub and 5 minutes walk takes you to the beautiful village of Woburn sands where you will find numerous pubs and restaurants. The Italian restaurant Nonnas is one of our favorites and the Swan pub is a fantastic gastro pub. Milton Keynes is just 10 minutes away from where you will find every conceivable attraction from snow skiing to wakeboarding.
