We are a young family, who love travelling and taking our children on adventures! Our children are 7, 5, and 3. We are both teachers so we have lots of long holidays and like to get away as many times each year as we can! WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXCHANGE FOR OUR EASTER HOLDAYS; APRIL 3RD-18TH 2019.

We are open to having cultural exchange students here, to practices their English and help out with the children in exchange for board and lodgings.

We didn't find much in travel guides to England about the county of Kent yet we were amazed what a beautiful area it is full of ancient village houses and beautiful gardens. We loved our week's stay in the house of Sarah and family and could have stayed much longer. For us the house had a great English charm, it was cosy and neat and well equipped for families with children. There are many beautiful sights in the neighbourhood which made our stay enjoyable. We choose not to go to London but it would have been an easy and short trip by train. We have many fond memories of this exchange and can heartily recommend it to anyone.

Your house is in a perfect location for exploring South-East England with a high concentration of Englands rich heritage. There is so much to see, and we could easily have spend more time there. Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

Our house is set in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood just a 15 minute walk from the town centre for great shopping, eating, drinking and historical attractions. We are also within walking distance of the train station that will take you into the heart of London (40 mins)
The streets are safe and the traffic is quiet and all our neighbours are very friendly!
Kent is called 'The Garden of England' as it is filled with beautiful green fields, forests and gardens-plus all the history you could want (Henry VIII castle, Canterbury Cathedral and Dover Castle to name but three)
Our house is also a 5 minute walk from the local sports centre which has racquet sports, a gym and a swimming pool. There are three children's' playgrounds within walking distance too.
The coast is under an hours drive away with all the delights of the British sea-side to entertain you!
Royal Tunbridge Wells is a large town that boasts beautiful shops, great restaurants and two excellent theatres.

Our house is available this Christmas and New Year (208-2019) period if anyone would like a non-simultaneous swap.
