Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Large 3-bedroom penthouse with fabulous views over the town and out to sea. Easy walking into Teignmouth and equally easy access to Exeter, Plymouth, Dartmoor and interesting places. We have a cot and high chair and toys for under 5s.

Teignmouth is a small seaside resort with red sand beaches. We live about 10 minutes walk from the promenade, through a park and down hill - but the bus back stops at the end of our street.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
We overlook a park and can easily walk into town (although it's downhill so you have to walk back up or take a bus!) Teignmouth is a small seaside resort with a red sandy beach and many amenities including a new arts centre. From here it is easy to access most of the West Country by train or car or you can just stay local and enjoy our town.
