A two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a converted Victorian house in Surbiton overlooking a small local park and close to two supermarkets. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, and 20-25 minute walk along the river Thames to the centre of Kingston. It is only a 5 minute walk to Surbiton station with fast trains to central London with all the sights and activities of this fabulous world city - about 30 minutes from the theatres and museums. Lots of local places of interest such as Kew Gardens and Hampton Court Palace close by. Plenty of open countryside such as Wimbledon and Putney commons and Richmond Park where you can walk or ride bikes, or go further afield and explore the beautiful English countryside.

Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift/elevator, so it is not really suitable for people with limited mobility.
