Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Set in a private development of 4 houses (built three years ago), our attractive home is situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
It offers a lovely open plan living space and a large ground floor bedroom (6’ bed) with en-suite bath and separate walk in shower. Upstairs is another double bedroom (5’ bed) with en-suite shower.
The enclosed garden backs onto open farmland with fabulous views. We have a variety of excellent country walks from the doorstep.
Toynton All Saints is a quiet village but less than two miles from the market town of Spilsby with full facilities and an easy drive to the beautiful Lincolnshire coast with quiet sandy beaches (many dog friendly), nature reserves and seal sanctuaries.
The towns of Louth, Horncastle, Alford and historic Woodhall Spa are all within less than half an hour.
A little further afield offers the Roman City of Lincoln with its wonderful cathedral, castle, historic Steep Hill and varied shopping. Also within reach are Grantham / Belton House and Gardens, Stamford / Burleigh House and Peterborough.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
The village is quiet with no facilities, but Spilsby is a small market town with a good range of shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Nearby villages include Old Bolingbrook (castle ruins)
Attractions include Snipe Dales and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserves, quirky Bubble car museum, The Ark wildlife park, Mablethorpe seal sanctuary and wildlife centre and numerous Aviation Heritage centres / RAF museums.
The village of Woodhall Spa is a “must visit” with its links to the Dambusters and the Kinema in the Woods (private 2 screen cinema with genuine organ. Not far away is Horncastle (centre for antiques and bric-a-brac).
Within an easy drive is the Roman settlement of Lincoln (Cathedral, Castle, Museum of Lincolnshire Life, Doddington Hall and a great range of shops), Other attractions within reach include Tattershall Medieval Castle, Burleigh House, Belton House and many more.
Lincolnshire boasts many beautiful villages, many with old churches and inns and, apart from the well known holiday resorts, the east coast has many quiet sandy beaches.
