This is a new listing for us however we are very experienced exchangers having had over 20 swaps under our old listing. WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR EXCHANGES IN SOUTHERN ENGLAND, FRANCE AND ITALY FOR EASTER AND MAY 2020
Modern 4 bedroom home, 1m from Penrith town centre. Lovely private garden and quiet cul de sac. Two bathrooms, sitting room, dining room and conservatory. Penrith is a pretty and bustling traditional Cumbrian town known as the 'Gateway to the Lakes' Great rail and road links; 20mins drive from Ulswater and 25 mins drive to Keswick. Handy for the peaceful Eden Valley and Howgill Fells. Endless activities and world heritage scenery.

8 Aspen Gardens sits at the top of a quiet cul de sac with 12 houses arranged against a large and ancient oak tree. It is a mile walk into Penrith town centre which has lots of small interesting independent shops as well as a selection of larger supermarkets. Castles, Lakes and Fells all a short drive away. Summit of Helvellyn can be seen from main bedroom. window. Lots of local activities for young families, those with adventurous teens and those enjoying retirement.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Too many to describe! Penrith has lots of good cafes, restaurants, a cinema, leisure centre. Keswick and Derwentwater lie 16miles West. There are castles nearby with Brougham Castle a mile walk from the house. Lake District National Park is now a world heritage site - visit http://www.lakedistrict.gov.uk There'll be plenty of information for you left in the house, along with maps and guides. Walking in the Lakeland Fells is one of the main reasons why people visit and there are also beautiful lakes where you can take a boat trip. Being on the Eastern edge of the Lake District (with Northern Ullswater 15 mins drive away) the location is also handy for the quiet and beautiful Eden Valley with lots of historic villages, ancient churches and riverside paths.
